The agent looks things up — it searches the catalogued props, reads the rules verbatim, checks the backlog, and can look at an image and describe it — and it can fire a generation for you once a prompt is clean. It can queue a question for the props/style leads and propose a component. It cannot lock a prop or edit a rules file — those are yours.
